This document describes the privacy policy for the website obminvalut.com.ua (hereinafter – the Site) of the public organization "IFS". This document explains what types of information may be collected and stored on the Site, and how this information may be used and shared.

Collection and Use of Personal Data
Personal data is information or a set of information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified.
Visitors may be asked to enter personal data for the purposes of registering on the Site.
After filling out the form for currency exchange consultation, as well as the feedback form located on the Site, the visitor is deemed to have given consent to the processing of their personal and contact data by IFS currency exchange. The Center for Economic Strategy may store information about connections, traffic, and the date and duration of the visitor's activity on the Site.
Visitors' personal data is used to ensure the exchange of information and relations in the field of advertising and communication in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection," "On Information," "On Advertising," "On Telecommunications," "On Entrepreneurship," "On the Protection of Information in Information and Telecommunication Systems," and NDTZI 2.5-010-03 "Requirements for Protecting Web Page Information from Unauthorized Access."
Visitors' personal data may be stored for 3 years.
The Site records the visitor's computer domain name or IP address, access date, files (file name and URL), HTTP response code, the website from which the visitor arrived at the Site, and the number of bytes transferred during the session.
The Site uses cookies, which support the operation and launch of security features. Cookies also allow tracking violations of the privacy policy and terms of use of the Site by visitors/their devices.
Google Analytics is used to collect statistics about visits to the Site, such as pages visited, number of page views, information that was downloaded, domains of internet service providers and countries of origin of visitors, as well as addresses of websites visited before and after the Site, etc. None of this data is linked to the visitor personally and is measured only in aggregate.

Automatic Collection and Use of Information
The following information is automatically collected and stored:
 • domain name, IP address through which you access the Site;

 • if you arrived at the Site via a link from another site – the address of that site.
Information about traffic passing through the network, email, and the visitor's activity on the Internet on the Site is protected in accordance with the law. This means that employees of the Center for Economic Strategy cannot interfere with the confidentiality of telecommunications.
We have the right to provide any personal information of Site visitors at the request of law enforcement agencies, by court order/decision, or as part of other legal procedures, or upon other lawful demand in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation.
